Some of the services we use (such as cloud hosting and analytics) may process data outside your country of residence, including in the United States and the European Union. Transfers are made under standard safeguards (the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses) and applicable adequacy decisions.

Retention period

Contact-form data is retained for up to 24 months from receipt of the inquiry, or until the user requests deletion — whichever comes first. Anonymous analytics data is retained for up to 14 months. Technical logs are retained for up to 30 days.

Under GDPR (where applicable) and equivalent privacy laws, you have the following rights:

• Right to rectification — correct inaccurate data.
• Right to erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
